Vacant Home Staging
At Be Staged, our lead stager will do an onsite assesment of the property and the rooms to be staged. We will provide a quote and timeline. On staging day our team will arrive with the selected furniture for your project. Our lead stager, and her team will arrange the staging to appeal to a wide range of prospective buyers. After rental period, Be Staged will align for pick up and de-stage according to closing date(s). Be Staged will eliminate the stress and provide white glove service.
- There is no charge for a vacant home staging quote, whether you are a realtor, investor, builder or homeowner -- Call us with information about the listing details of the property. (We do not stage occupied or furnished properties.)
- A price quote will be provided (price includes furniture rental, artwork, decorative accessories, staging and de-staging fees) as well as delivery and pick up of all staging items.
Home Staging Consultation
For Sellers that are currently occuping the property that will soon be listed for sale, Be Staged will meet you at your property to do an onsite assesment and consultation. We will make specific recommendations on how to best utilize your own furniture & accessories to give your space a desirable look and mass appeal for your online photos and showings.
This "walk and talk" style consultation will require 1 to 2 hours. At the conclusion of the consultation, you will have a specific action plan.
Virtual Staging
For those who perfer not to stage their home, Be Staged offers a convienent virtual staging software program that requires the blue print(s) or original photos of the vacant home. Be Staged will select the best style of furnishings, for the overall space, and overall apparence of the property. At the conclusion, Be Staged will provide you with beautiful photos of your rooms, virtually staged, to be utilized on your online real estate listing.
